We Know Your Biggest Personality Flaw

   You're a champion when it comes to putting things off. You need a deadline or it won't get done. Even if it's something that only takes five minutes. You're doing it later. Or never.

   You will do anything to avoid a conflict. You'd rather run into oncoming traffic than have a fight. Avoiding conflict like the plague can lead to resentment for everyone and bigger fights later.

   Saying your biggest flaw is "being a perfectionist" is something you say at a job interview. But it really can be an issue. Not everything needs to be perfect. You hold yourself to impossible standards. Needing things to be perfect can hold you back or prevent you from doing what you really want.

   You're addicted to your phone. Sometimes you don't even know why you're looking at it. Often, you don't even WANT to look at it, but you do it anyway. You can't imagine life without it.
